About these terms

These terms cover your use of this website and the Distant waitlist, run by Distant Finance. By using the site you agree to them. The Distant app will have its own terms when it launches.

The waitlist

• Joining doesn't create an account, and doesn't guarantee you access to Distant or any feature.
• Your place in line is a guide to when you joined. We may invite people in a different order, for example by region or to test specific features.
• We may change, pause or close the waitlist at any time.
• How we use your email is set out in our privacy policy.

Not financial advice, not an offer

Nothing on this site is investment, tax or legal advice, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset or service. Digital assets are volatile and can lose value. Distant may not be available in every country, and what is available will depend on where you live.

Using the site

Please don't sign up with addresses that aren't yours, automate sign-ups, or try to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems. We may remove sign-ups that break these rules.

Our content

The Distant name, logo, design, imagery and text belong to Distant Finance or our licensors. You're welcome to link to the site; please ask before using anything else.

No warranties

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be either. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses that come from using the site or relying on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes
